2025 Competiiton Judges

David Campbell - Judge

Executive Producer | Writer

David Campbell is a veteran producer and media executive, best known for co-founding Jumbo Pictures and Cartoon Pizza, where he produced over 500 episodes of beloved children’s television, including DougPB&J OtterStanley, and JoJo’s Circus. He played a pivotal role in launching Nicktoons and later helped establish ABC’s dominance in Saturday morning programming after selling Jumbo Pictures to Disney. Earlier in his career, he managed top comedy talent, contributing to the success of Mystery Science Theater 3000 and Grace Under Fire, while executive producing numerous comedy specials for Showtime and HBO. His work has earned multiple Emmy nominations, Cable ACE Awards, and international recognition. Most recently, he served as Chief Content Officer at Dance Network, producing over 100 episodes of original content, and continues to develop new projects, including the Broadway-bound musical Holy Fire!and the award-winning kids’ video series HoopDogz.

Devin Digonno - Judge

Producer

DEVIN DIGONNO is an Independent Producer with over 30 years’ experience in the film industry. The latest feature film she produced is FOLLOW ME with Connie Nielsen for Catalyst Studios which she shot in Belgrade, Serbia in November 2022. Prior to going back to freelance producing she worked closely with Ewan McGregor on AMERICAN PASTORAL and Lee Toland Krieger on AGE OF ADALINE for Lakeshore Entertainment. She’s had the privilege throughout her career to work on such features as SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE, OUT OF SIGHT, MEET JOE BLACK, THE THOMAS CROWN AFFAIR and FLAWLESS. She began producing in 2002 under her indie shingle String and a can productions where she produced several successful independent films under 500k such as DISAPPEARING IN AMERICA which debuted at the Newport Beach Film Festival, SPIKE which won at the Edinburgh Film Festival. She currently has several films and television projects in varying stages of production.

Todd Lituchy - Judge

Founder & CEO | New Media Vision

Todd Lituchy has held senior management positions in global television. At Disney/LA, Todd worked on Home Improvement and Ellen. Todd then ran Program Planning & Acquisitions for UPN, adding Buffy The Vampire Slayer and WWE Smackdown during his tenure.  In London, Lituchy oversaw Programming for Viasat/Viaplay.  The “format guru,” Todd commissioned the first adaptations worldwide of Wife Swap, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, and Queer Eye.  In Hong Kong, Lituchy served as President, Entertainment for STAR-TV. Todd started NMV, a media-consulting company, in London. Clients include Disney, Discovery, BBC, A&E, Chernin Entertainment, Lionsgate, and MTV. Lituchy was Executive Producer on The Mysteries of Laura (NBC’s most viewed new series of 2014) and Zoltan the Wolf Man (for Discovery). In 2017, Todd moved back to LA. NMV has developed series with ABC, CBS, NBC, and almost every studio.

Lindsay Alexa Maizel - Judge

Developmen Executive | Producer

Lindsay Maizel started her decade-long entertainment career at Disney and has developed comedies and dramas at ABC and Freeform. She was selected for the first class of Disney’s Executive Incubator Program for rising executives before going on to run development at Fee Fo Fo Films, a production company with a first-look deal at ABC Signature, for director James Griffiths. She now produces and consults independently. Lindsay graduated from Harvard and has a master's degree in Writing for Film & Television from the University of Southern California.

Krisitne Patnugot - Judge

Writer | Producer

Kristine Patnugot is a Manila-born, Detroit-grown writer/producer. Raised by immigrant parents in a Midwest landscape, she exists in liminal spaces of the in-between. Her favorite stories are intersectional, inclusive and recognize the fundamental and unique humanity that exists in us all. As a creator/writer of the VH1 series TRANSform Me and producer/writer of the documentary, Style Exposed: Born Male, Living Female for the Style Network, Kristine’s work helped open the doors for transgender women of color on mainstream television, with TRANSform Me earning a GLAAD nomination for Outstanding Reality Program. Kristine’s work has been shown at film festivals and includes work in documentary, television, and commercials for HBO, PBS, CBS, A&E, National Geographic, Discovery and others. Kristine writes, directs and produces PSA’s, political ads, docu-style and narrative pieces for non-profits. Recent work includes projects for the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center, Kresge Foundation, Rising Voices, Make Food Not Waste and Youth Arts by Prescription. She is committed to developing new voices, increasing access for and amplifying the stories of women, immigrant, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folx.

Mike Stern - Judge

Artisitc Director North Fork TV Festival

Mike is an award-winning producer, actor, and screenwriter who was winner of the Hopwood Literary Award. As the professional stand-in for Tom Cruise, Mike worked extensively on and can be seen in the films Jack Reacher and Edge of Tomorrow. Stern wrote and produced the critically acclaimed social thriller Mid-Century, starring Stephen Lang and Bruce Dern. The film won Best Picture at the 2022 L.A. Film Festival, and was released by Lionsgate andPeacock. Stern is currently producing the comedic thriller The Dregs, starring Emmy-nominees Nava Mau, Tati Gabrielle and Richard Kind that films in Tuscany this summer. He's also preparing his directorial debut, the romantic drama Maybe You’re the One, that will film late this year in Portland, Oregon. His writing and producing development slate includes The Horseman, based on the award-winning NPR podcast and the Untitled Treasure Hunt Series for AMC Networks.  

JT Tsou - Judge

Writer | Director | Producer

JT Tsou is an award-winning writer, producer, and director across TV/Film, Theater, and Creative Marketing. Her credits span across Netflix, PBS, Nickelodeon, Paramount, Peacock, and Disney.  She recently directed her play "Of You" Off-Broadway to sold out audiences at the Chain Theater. In addition to her solo projects, JT writes with her longtime writing partner, collaborator, and best friend, Aria Bryan. Their work spans genres and touches on themes of community, female empowerment, and family dynamics. JT is the Co-Founder of Left No Ring Productions (LNR) with her producing partner and dear friend, Raye Levine Spielberg. LNR produces and amplifies original stories through TV/Film, Theater, and New Media. LNR is currently co-producing the hit comedy musical, Operation Mincemeat, on Broadway at the John Golden Theater (winner of the 2024 Olivier Award for Best New Musical on the West End). A proud member of the Roundabout Theater Company’s Ambassador Council, JT is a creative committed to increasing access for and championing voices of women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrants, and the underdogs.

Cricket Leigh Alexander - Reader

Actor | Writer | Producer

Cricket is a professional Actress who has performed on stages from NY to LA. She is an accomplished Voice-Over artist, whose work includes numerous Commercials, Games & Animation, including voicing the iconic ‘Mai’; in Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender. You can catch Cricket at dozens of Anime-Fests and Comic-Cons throughout the U.S. meeting fans and signing autographs for her work. Cricket is also a licensed clinical therapist for individuals, couples and families, helping with anxiety, mood disorders, family conflict, trauma and personal growth. Cricket is a speaker on mental health Trauma, Self-Care, Burnout, Suicide, and the Intersection of Mental Health and Animation. She serves on the NYU Alumni Association and the Western Michigan University Theatre Board.

Nick Lambrou - Reader

Prodcuer | Writer

Nick Lambrou is a filmmaker born and raised in Athens, Greece, now based in Los Angeles, California. Drawn to filmmaking from an early age, he began creating YouTube videos and conceptual photoshoots. He earned a B.A. in Media Art Production from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts and gained industry experience through internships at BBDO, FilmNation Entertainment, AfterBuzz TV, and Feelgood Entertainment. With a global perspective and a deep understanding of international audiences, Nick develops, writes, and produces projects for TV and Feature Films, crafting stories that transcend cultural boundaries.

BROOKE LUBARSKY - PRODUCER | CONTENT CREATOR Reader

Brooke Lubarsky is dedicated to creating meaningful content that resonates with audiences. Originally from New York City, she relocated to Easton, Pennsylvania, with her family at the age of three.  Throughout her academic and professional journey, Brooke has gained experience in various aspects of the media industry, including live television production, editing, social media content creation, filmmaking, and producing. Brooke graduated with honors from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, earning a bachelor's degree in Cinema, Television, and Media Production with a minor in Communication Studies. During her senior year, she began her professional career as an intern with YouTube creators Niki and Gabi Demartino at DeMar Productions. Following graduation, she worked as a production assistant for the 2023 & 2024 MTV Video Music Awards and contributed to several Netflix series, playing a key role in the success of high-profile entertainment events. Specializing as an editor, videographer, and producer, Brooke is passionate about crafting compelling content that connects with audiences and elevates the media experience.

Gabrielle Nicole Woods - Reader

Paywrite | Screenwriter

Gabrielle Nicole Woods was born in Arkansas and raised in Pennington, New Jersey. She earned her BFA in English at Rutgers University and her MDiv from Princeton Theological Seminary, where she also earned her Master of Arts in Christian Education and Formation. Her lifelong love of writing for the stage and screen led her to pursue her MFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Gabrielle writes about people, places and things that fascinate her, including monsters, faith, and the American South. She believes laughter is the best medicine for all that ails us and she sees her writing as a way to spread joy in tough times.
