Marcia Gay Harden - Honoree

Academy Award-winning actress Marcia Gay Harden has forged an incomparable body of work, and like a chameleon she transforms into each character she plays. Her critically lauded performances are myriad – from glamorous Ava Gardner in Sinatra, to artist Lee Krasner in Pollock (winning an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress), to the down-and-out Celeste in Mystic River (Oscar-nominated in the same category) – and her versatility has been praised in other films such as the Tell It Like A WomanConfess Fletch,  Miller’s Crossing, Into the Wild, The First Wives Club, Meet Joe Black, Mona Lisa Smile, The Hoax and Used People.

She can most recently be seen opposite Skylar Astin in the hit CBS dramedy So Help Me Todd, season two’s finale aired May 16th. She could recently be seen starring in the Michael Keaton helmed thriller, Knox Goes Away, opposite Al Pacino and theatrically released this past March, as well as seen reprising her Emmy-nominated role on the latest season of the critically-acclaimed drama The Morning Show on AppleTV+ opposite Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon.

Other television credits include Netflix’s Uncoupled which earned her a Critics Choice nomination, Hulu’s A Million Little Things, ABC’s How To Get Away With Murder, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, among many others.
